What happens during a coaching sessions?
We will go through any assignments from the previous week, reflect on any achievements or difficulties you might have experienced since the last session. We can focus on one issue if necessary. You will be provided with tools and techniques to overcome any reoccurring difficulties.
How long are the sessions?
Sessions are between 50-60 minutes depending on your preference and how much needs to be covered.
How many coaching sessions do I need?
This is completely up to you and your progress. Your coaching journey can be as long or as short as you want.
How frequent are the sessions?
Sessions need to be booked in either weekly or bi-weekly, you can swap between the two frequencies. Keeping the sessions at the same time and day is preferred.
Where do the coaching sessions take place?
All sessions take place online either via Skype or Zoom.
I’m not sure if I will benefit from Life Coaching. What should I do?
Anyone can benefit from Life Coaching. If you are unsure you can always book a consultation where we can discuss your needs and find out whether we are the right fit for each other.
Is it confidential?
Everything shared during the sessions is highly confidential.

E-Coaching are sessions conducted via email. I offer an unlimited E-Coaching plan where you get unlimited amount of emails. The response time is 24 hours (except Sundays). You can decide how often you'd like to response.
